@giovanni - could you educate me on why it's warranted? My understanding is that
/usr/lib/udev
is the correct location.
From the Arch Wiki:
udev rules written by the administrator go in
/etc/udev/rules.d/
[...] The udev rules shipped with various packages are found in/usr/lib/udev/rules.d/
From man udev
:
The udev rules are read from the files located in the system rules directories
/usr/lib/udev/rules.d
and/usr/local/lib/udev/rules.d
, the volatile runtime directory/run/udev/rules.d
and the local administration directory/etc/udev/rules.d
.

I think it would be better to move /usr/lib/udev/rules.d/99-CH341.rules to /etc/udev/rules.d/99-CH341.rules

Please update to version 1.4.2

@giovanni I was under a false impression with that; a glance at the Wiki shows it's added automatically. Thanks for the knowledge, and the line will be removed on the next update!

Thank you for updating the package. I advise you to delete the line 'provides=("$pkgname")' because it is absolutely useless.

Yes, I know, that is exactly why I informed you that version 1.3.6 had come out. Thanks.

@giovanni Done, thanks for the heads up. I missed this as the "latest" tag on GitHub is still set to v1.3.5.
