Please add conflicts=('v4l-utils'): 

ivtv-utils: /usr/bin/ivtv-ctl exists in filesystem (owned by v4l-utils)

Adopted the package, I can still test it with tvheadend and a DVB-C card ("KNC One TV-Station DVB-C plus").

Changed download locations to Ubuntu (software archive) and Fedora (firmware), they tend to stick around for a long time.
