Thanks simon, I forgot to enable the multilib repository. On another note, lib32-libxxf86vm is a required dependency.

Both packages are in multilib: $ pacman -Ss 'lib32-(gtk2|libsm)' multilib/lib32-gtk2 2.24.13-1 [installed] The GTK+ Toolkit (v2) (32-bit) multilib/lib32-libsm 1.2.1-1 [installed] X11 Session Management library (32-bit)

wting commented on 2012-12-03 08:53 (UTC)

Both lib32-gtk2 and lib32-libsm packages are no longer found.

I was getting the following error when trying to run it: jd-gui: error while loading shared libraries: libXxf86vm.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory I solved installing lib32-libxxf86vm. I think you might want to add that package as dependency.

Thank you, Lekensteyn. I updated the PKGBUILD today.

I doubt the author is going to publish a direct download link. I have posted the 1.1MB file on my website, feel free to link it: http://lekensteyn.nl/files/jd-gui-0.3.4.linux.i686.tar.gz md5: e813376eb88da71eaa38a8c8c4547541 sha256: de1f70aa0d98bc22b23996cdb2439d2c53804480dc6089dc684ca972b31f1364
