There is a file conflict with ccstudio
/usr/lib/udev/rules.d/99-jlink.rules exists in both packages and block an upgrade.

Minor suggestion: move the 99-jlink.rules to /usr/lib/udev/rules.d instead of /etc/udev/rules.d to better align with standard package directories.
The rules in /etc should be managed by the system admin (new rules or overrides of /usr/lib/...) and packages should install to /usr/lib/...

Thanks! I just realized there's already a custom download command in the PKGBUILD, guess I didn't read well enough at first.

Looks like JLink updated the form field names in their license agreement page.
In DLAGENTS, 'confirm=yes' needs to be changed to 'non_emb_ctr=confirmed'

At line 42 please add quotes around the argument to cd, otherwise it wont build in paths with spaces
