A new release 4.1.10 just dropped that should fix this.

@genofire https://github.com/NICMx/Jool/issues/406 So apparently a temporary workaround is to disable the iptables wrapper. ./configure --with-xtables=no Otherwise it's best to just use jool-dkms-git, or wait for the next release where this is fixed.

@genofire I also cannot fix it :( I think both 4.1.8 and 4.1.9 are just broken right now. https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/jool-dkms-git has worked for me though.

I don't know what's wrong with the release versions. I've created an issue: https://github.com/NICMx/Jool/issues/406

@genofire @lowercase This has been flagged out-of-date for quite some time now. Could you please fix it?

Its broken because its missing this commit: https://github.com/NICMx/Jool/commit/490ddb0933061cab3c2a7952dffc61789deed565

Including it as a patch makes the build work again.

Heres the bug from Debian: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1029268

Encountered build issues with 4.1.9 and unfortunately do not have time to solve them ATM.

By the way /etc/jool/jool.conf is not provided in the package but the service file references it.
