Should conflict with jpegrescan: 

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
jpgcrush: /usr/bin/jpegrescan exists in filesystem (owned by jpegrescan-git)
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

Please add jpegrescan to the conflicts array.
