Yes, my intention was "to use jriver-media-center for the latest versions only, then fork off the older version" I was thinking that version 23 now is too old and could not work correctly with the last arch updates.

Hmmm. Shouldn't it be in jriver-media-center26 instead? I say that, because JRiver considers each major version of Media Center as "stand alone", so to speak. That and the upgrade costs between each major version, some users may not want their older JRiver Media Center version force upgraded to the newest version they don't have (nor want) a license for. An alternative is to use jriver-media-center for the latest versions only, then fork off the older version that was before Media Center 26 (Media Center 23) into its own package, jriver-media-center23. Then repeat that process when there's a new major version (e.g. Media Center 27) and spin off Media Center 26 into jriver-media-center26 before moving on to Media Center 27.
I know it's a bit of a PITA to handle it that way, but at least users could have options to install older versions if they only have a license for that version... even though depending on how new dependencies are, may or may not work well in the future. :P

For people that use this package, remember that when importing a folder, you may need to type the folder path rather than using the Browse button. Other than that, choose your output device from JRiver's Options and this software works exactly as intended!
