hi, after this recent commit: http://commits.kde.org/kdoctools/5753a91fa99cc8c95669e00fbdb115b00621c5f0 is need perl-uri package to build successfully... ;-)

Hi URL and "cd kdoctools-git" in pkgver() is wrong (-git) greetings
