Please remove the obsolete sip4 make dependency.

that's only true for KF6, but if the package is KF5 to build successfully you need change to branch=kf5 in source line

Doesn't build anymore. Need to add -DQT_DEFAULT_MAJOR_VERSION=6 CMake option to build now.
