This package works without any changes at the Arm64-Archtiecture. Would you please add it ?

Sorry for being late on this. I've updated the pkgbuild to include the changes made the build-process. Please check if it also builds on ARM.

pthsem is no longer a dependency but instead, it requires libev from the community repo now. See this comment for reference: https://github.com/knxd/knxd/issues/202#issuecomment-276209396
