As somatoriozero said, validation checks are failing on the current (2019-10-21) build. A few more details on how to proceed:

git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/lacuna-webpki.git
cd lacuna-webpki
makepkg -g >> PKGBUILD
makepkg -si  # builds the package using the PKGBUILD recipe and the other files on the folder

Installing the package through pamac gave the error "One or more files didn't pass validity check!". Fixed by cloning the repository and compiling via makepkg -g >> PKGBUILD . Running the installation through that compilation worked for me in Manjaro.
