Hi, the last update breaks my awesome config, rolling back to the previous update fixes it. The issue seems to be the same than this older bug : https://github.com/lcpz/awesome-copycats/issues/226

@ilpianista I updated again, I hope it's OK, otherwise please tell me the best way to do it.
I changed the installation path to Lua's because if you compile awesome manually, you may wish to use /usr/local (hence the previous check).
ilpianista commented on 2019-05-26 09:17 (UTC)
The update failed with:
==> Starting prepare()... mv: cannot move 'lain-3328e738bdc1223583fb98730668dfed24395dfc' to 'lain/lain-3328e738bdc1223583fb98730668dfed24395dfc': Directory not empty
Please make this not failing when the folder already exists.
Any reason you don't want to install this to /usr/share/awesome/lib/lain anymore?
lcpz commented on 2019-05-25 16:23 (UTC)
@ilpianista I did not know it, thank you. Everything is installed in lua/5.3 now.

Hi, this check makes no sense because I can build packages on a different server (e.g. if I host a repository with lain-git). Any package should never install stuff to /usr/local.

@birdink I updated both PKGBUILDs
birdink commented on 2019-05-21 01:38 (UTC)
The PKGBUILD (and that of awesome-freedesktop-git) currently causes issues with pikaur when updating due to where
rm
is called. See https://github.com/actionless/pikaur/issues/374lcpz commented on 2019-04-09 12:02 (UTC)
lain.widget.cal: added options for displaying week numbers: week_number and week_number_format.

lain.widget.contrib.tpbat has been reimplemented and renamed to lain.widget.contrib.tp_smapi.
The respective API is changed.
