This package syncs with core/glibc on rebuild with 1/24H rate limit.

  • Strongly recommended to have backup of core/glibc in case of problems with installation
  • Checks are skipped with assumption they already passed with core/glibc
  • If needed, use core/glibc-locales
  • Do not flag or comment for mere version bumps. (Do flag for packaging issues.)

EAC workarounds:

  • DT_HASH is enabled via LDFLAGS instead of patch.
  • Rogue Company patch is from Frogging-Family/glibc-eac
    • To disable patch, set environment variable _build_roco=false

Avoid flagging and commenting at same time for same issue.

  • Flag for most issues, especially routine packaging tasks.
    • Include relevant error messages in flag message.
  • Comment for issues requiring explanation or debugging.
    • Use pastebin for blocks of text more than a few lines (3-5).
