Please kindly remove provides=lib32-tcl.

There is a good reason that AURweb has removed the version from such entries. As pacman does not understand versioned provides as humans do.

pacman thinks if lib32-tcl84 provides lib32-tcl=8.4.20, it also provides lib32-tcl.

If someone installs lib32-tcl84, they can uninstall lib32-tcl, even if they have packages that depend on the newer version from repo. This operation will break those consumer packages.

Any AUR package that needs lib32-tcl84 should depend on it explicitly.
