Can't install because libbass-2.4.16.zip returns a timeout. Plz update the sources urls.

Can you please verify the sha256sums? I think it changed: sha256sums=('98dc3a9be51fcd1bca702c55129a8ec089810367df5dea5ec7217a7f94bb9bf9')

could you edit the package to install the header too?

it's a matter of just passing

install -D -m644 C/bass_fx.h "$pkgdir/usr/include/bass_fx.h"

in the package function
