libcpufeatures is in conflict with libvolk, they are trying to install the same files, and consequently cannot be installed in the same system at the same time:

libcpufeatures-git: /usr/bin/list_cpu_features exists in filesystem (owned by libvolk)
libcpufeatures-git: /usr/include/cpu_features/cpu_features_cache_info.h exists in filesystem (owned by libvolk)
