Netsurf has switched from svn to git. Created libhubbub-git and removed+merged hubbub-svn into this one.

This is the devlopment version of hubbub, so it may break from time to time, as upstream works on it. The latest changes seems to be to depend on a netsurf buildsystem, for which there doesn't seem to be an official release. However, there is a git repo, that I don't know if is the official build system or not, at: https://github.com/pcwalton/netsurf-buildsystem

Updated the package and made it compile by ignoring the no-unused-but-set-variable warnings.
