Add sed -i '34i #include <unistd.h>' src/kml/base/file_posix.cc before 'make'

Fails to build with gcc-4.7 as reported (http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=667247) Please add patch that add line #include <unistd.h> to kml/base/file_posix.cc. Thanks.
