since libretro-core-info provides the exact same file as this (/usr/share/libretro/info/vba_next_libretro.info) the file can be removed from sources and build will complete and work fine.

It works also for architecture armv7h I tested myself and ran a game. You also need to remove the .info file from the package because it is provided by another package.

Can you please ad "groups=('libretro')" (sans quotes) so this shows up when installing the "libretro" group package set?
