Updated according to requests below.
I'm gonna disown this so someone who actually uses libshumate can take over. I was using it earlier but no longer so I can't check if any of the package is even working properly.

Ok. I've fixed @dreieck's issue (partially) you can override ~/.config/gtk-4.0 using XDG_CONFIG_HOME and XDG_CONFIG_DIR. So it now points those to an empty dir. (That's the reason for the release bump) You can still break it with /etc/gtk-4.0/settings.ini
I happend to have a aarch64 machine running Arch so I tested aarch64 as it passes tests so I just added aarch64 to architechtures.
