@meddabeast: Should be fixed now, the upstream patch file had been renamed.

this patch file https://raw.githubusercontent.com/graysky2/kernel_compiler_patch/refs/heads/master/more-ISA-levels-and-uarches-for-kernel-6.8-rc4%2B.patch is not found !

@kushtrak: Done, but no version bump.

kushtrak commented on 2024-10-07 04:13 (UTC)

would it be possible to apply this patch to the 6.11 kernel, it fixes a bluetooth issue on one of the newer asus laptops.

@raininja: The 0001-amd-pstate.patch is not included in the package for a reason. You are supposed to re-download it every time you rebuild the package, because that way you always get the version that works!

I learned, you must remove the patches before you pull.

Having the same issue as the comment bellow... also would it be possible to add a patch that would disable HSA_AMD_SVM as described on this link: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/amd/-/issues/2794 , since this is creating issues for GPU passthrough VFIO when its needed to swap back and forth between using GPU for guest and host. Or if not, who could i ask for that, i looked at asus-linux gitlab and website but cant figure where exactly to contact someone regarding that

@lauk: Unfortunately, this patch does not apply cleanly to the current 6.8.7 kernel.
