Have you read this https://www.archlinux.org/news/the-lib-directory-becomes-a-symlink/
Most likely this is the problem as kernel builds and installs fine for everyone else including me.

Hi ilikenwf, both heftig and I work on Zen Sources. You're right, Liquorix is zen + configuration. The only difference is that I do a bit of quality control and respond to feedback. It's hard to do that where there isn't a "product", or something to install and test immediately without wasting an hour of time compiling or figuring out what configuration to use.
