So as it turns out the build failed for me, because manjaro added the default build flag -Werror=format-security and miktex does not build with that. Is there a proper way to turn this of (only for this package)?

Apparently the end is not what details the error, so here is the full log. I am sorry, but it is partially in German. If anyone could point me in the right direction to fix this, i would be very thankful.

Please add flex and bison to the build dependencies.
