There seems to be a missing build dependency to gtk-doc, on my environment it only build after installing that package by hand.

Building the package fails, when using the current archlinux autoconf version 70. If I manually downgrade to autoconf 69 it builds fine.

I tested building on another machine and it worked. I'm not sure what is different in the setup...
