im unable to build it: configure: error: please configure with --disable-thread-safe. removing "--enable-thread-safe" it works

Importing the key from the keyserver isn't working for me (hkps://keyserver.ubuntu.com), but it can be downloaded from https://www.vinc17.net/key.asc and imported with
gpg --import key.asc

Is there an alternative version that can build mpfr with yasm and without all the massive mingw dependencies?
