The download link http://www.lysator.liu.se/~nisse/archive/nettle-3.5.1.tar.gz is broken!
Would you change it to https://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/nettle/nettle-3.5.1.tar.gz. Even on nettle download homepage [1] they link to gnu.org site.
