There is a new version with the header files, here is a proposal for an updated PKGBUILD : http://pastebin.com/tH1vYiAc EDIT: the comment at line 22 need to be moved

source has moved and the headers are missing from the new source tarball, so this is broken until upstream includes the needed headers
