This package no long works with MariaDB due to divergence between the C API for libmariadbclient and libmysqlclient. I am abandoning it. It can still be taken up by someone who needs to use MySQL instead of MariaDB.

The preferred package is mariadb-connector-odbc.

I'm working on a fix, but currently it is not compiling against the latest version of mariadb.
