This package is quite old, there are some defects in this old version package.
I recommend to change to http://git.linux-nfs.org/?p=bfields/nfs4-acl-tools.git;a=summary like https://centos.pkgs.org/8/centos-baseos-x86_64/nfs4-acl-tools-0.3.5-3.el8.x86_64.rpm.html did or something else.
