pkgver() is still missing, we have tools to ensure there is correlation between source and pkgver, please use them

This has been deleted today (https://lists.archlinux.org/pipermail/aur-requests/2022-June/073439.html) because it don't build a specific version and you re-uploaded the same (also tag=latest isn't a proper tag and don't use that)
Restore versioning like in this commit https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/commit/?h=notekit&id=9abfa838997b011a058e6d4a44aee6188ee035d3
