The error tells you all you need to know. There's a version-dep on nvidia-utils-beta. Install the right version of that. Furthermore if you're using yaourt or similar, dump it and learn to use the AUR properly.

Definitely crashes on 3.6.3, however the core drivers work without issue. It's a 680GTX 4GB model. I'm going to start a discussion on the forums as this is not the proper place, but the pastebin of lots of logs http://pastebin.com/3TB3Xnft ..feel free to find the thread on forums.
I plan to try and do the suggested actions from makepkg, then rerun makepkg and see what happens.

I am using nvidia-beta(-all) with linux-ice-3.6.3-1 and linux-3.6.3-1 for a while now without problems. Would be interested to know the results of debugging.

Just want to share, after upgrading to linux-3.6.3 graphics drivers crashed. Was not able to insert the nvidia modules. I tried reinstalling the nvidia-beta* packages to no avail. I downgraded kernel and returned to normal.. I'll try and spend more time debugging tomorrow after work, just needed a stable system tonight.

@Bohdanator you need to install both packages at the same time with 'pacman -U'.
