Updated to 2.0.1 (now builds with gcc 4.6)

Updated to version 2.0 stable release. I have added 'qt' to "optdepends" and "makedepends" and removed it from "depends". I have also added 'doxygen' to "makedepends".

Qt should not be considered as a depend but as an optdepend. Not having Qt is exactly the same than setting -DBUILD_APPS=OFF in cmake options. Moreover, Doxygen is also searched by cmake. So it may also be added as optdepend.
