This package can be used with
extra/openvpn
, which supports DCO on the userland side since pkgver 2.6.1-1 (Mar 09, 2023).larrabee commented on 2023-08-18 08:33 (UTC)

Hi. Upstream merged a patch for build issues on the latest kernels. Please adjust the _dco_commit in the PKGBUILD.

The DKMS install command errors out with a rather uninformative log. Looking around upstream I noticed this commit: ovpn-dco: rename to ovpn-dco-v2.
After changing BUILT_MODULE_NAME[0]="ovpn-dco-v2" in the dkms.conf.in building/installing the module works fine.
On a side-note, the current PKGBUILD doesn't seem to use
git
in any functions, so it can safely be dropped from makedepends. Thanks for offering the DCO-related openvpn packages!
