Package updated to 1.7.1.

Hello, this package does not build anymore with the new version of boost (1.69) Indeed, Boost have removed uuid/sha1.hpp which is required in the version 1.3.2 of Orthanc.

Found a fix: Toolbox.CaseWithAccents needs to have LANG=en_US.UTF-8 enabled in /etc/locale.gen, otherwise the test is failing/bailing out

Installation of orthanc fails because of not passing one test:

Thanks to Lone_wolf from the forums (amended url and added boost makedepends), this should be a working PKGBUILD: He said most makedepends were needed runtime. I simply put the whole list in depends. On my machine the UnitTests failed 2 of of 145 tests, but when I run UnitTests manually it passes all. I had a go at updating the package build, including the "FIXME". Though lua and mongoose are in Arch repositories I had to use USE_SYSTEM_XXX=OFF in order to get a successful compile. Lastly, the check() is commented out because of: [ PASSED ] 143 tests.
