Since the source is git protocol, you need to put git in the makedepends. Otherwise, this package fails to build in a clean chroot.

It looks like pavumeter mishandles --disable-lynx. Adding it to makedepends then.

Build breaks: "configure: error: *** Sorry, you have to install lynx or use --disable-lynx ***" - lynx needs to be added to the dependencies, or the package needs to use that option.
