evilgnome: I suppose we could do that in the PKGBUILD, but it seems like something that should be done in upstream in the Pithos bzr.

I propose a change in the icon setup. I suggest: - pithos.desktop's Icon variable be set to "pithos" - add hicolor-icon-theme as a dependency - install/copy the icon at /usr/share/pithos/media/icon.png to /usr/share/icons/hicolor/256x256/apps/pithos.png

Things have changed in the code, the pkgbuild needs an update. There's no more libpiano folder for one thing, but I don't know anything about the new organization.

Just a FYI I wasn't able to play any stations until I installed the bad/ugly gstreamer files/plugins. I don't know which one I needed, or if I needed both -- I just installed everything to get it to work as quick as possible.

Thanks. I got another error. Gstreamer error: Your GStreamer installation is missing a plug-in. Which plugin do I need? base-plugins, good-plugins, bad, or other?

gstreamer0.10-python should be installed. Added to dependency list.
