@fmoralesc are you using Gnome Shell? Are you enabling Plotinus for all applications or by application? Ok, I found it, it's a "problem" of Wayland: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=218197 :(

@j1simon The problem with the /etc/environment method is that it would make the installation prone to breaking if anything overwrites it, and also, it isn't "nice" to add stuff there. If the system admin needs to do that, she should do it manually. The /etc/profile.d method is cleaner. I wonder why it isn't working for you though, it is working here.

To me doesn't work. The problem is the script in /etc/profile.d, it isn't sourced and GTK3_MODULES is empty. If I open a terminal as a login shell, it works but Gnome doesn't source those files. In the project page says (https://github.com/p-e-w/plotinus#enabling-plotinus-in-applications): "... The easiest way to enable Plotinus for all applications is to add the line GTK3_MODULES=[libpath] to /etc/environment..." No in /etc/profile.d.

@glitsj16 looks like it's been updated now? @fmoralesc no need for that, I doubt there will be many changes to this. In fact, I hope the package becomes obsolete and they merge this into GTK3 proper... :)

Thanks for offering this usefull package, upvoting this. One minor remark. The pkgver in AUR is still at 1-2, which is a pain for git packages using r.x.yyyyyyy format. I believe a simple re-upload of the PKGBUILD from your end will suffice to fix this.

Aha! Yeah, your looks much better! ;) You can see I cut a bunch of corners (no pkgver()...). I'll incorporate a bunch of things from it. Want me to add you as a co-maintainer?

I was just making this and got auth errors when trying to push it. :P I added a profile script to my package, I think that makes it better, since then it's usable right after install.
