Please update depencendies based on proj package https://github.com/archlinux/svntogit-community/blob/packages/proj/trunk/PKGBUILD

Also adding check might be beneficial, but I did not check if it passes.

This puts the .so files into /usr/lib64/ for some reason. As a result trying to compile gdal will fail unless you tinker around with paths and stuff, not good.

Here is a PKGBUILD using the same build process as https://www.archlinux.org/packages/community/x86_64/proj/ : https://pastebin.com/raw/9ekCD5L8

I get errors from Pacman when trying to install this (replacing proj):

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
proj-git: /usr/lib64 exists in filesystem (owned by filesystem)
proj-git: /usr/lib64/libproj.so exists in filesystem

VCS version using CMake which upstream is in transition to. In order to compile against PROJ.4 https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/proj-configure-git/ should be used for the time being, see comment section of that package.
