The Launcher Folder is located at "/home/<your-username>/Documents/Project+ Netplay/"
You do need Super Smash Bros. Brawl ISO. Place ISO file to "/home/<your-username>/Documents/Project+ Netplay/Games/"
In Project+ Netplay Dolphin Emulator. Go to Config Settings and go to Paths Tab. Add both Games and Launcher Folders to ISO Directories. Make sure you add Super Smash Bros. Brawl ISO to Default ISO in order for Project+ Mod to work.
