This package failed to build when I tried to install it on my system where I had not yet set the default toolchain.

Updating some of the PKGBUILD to follow the rust package guidelines would resolve this. https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Rust_package_guidelines

Build failed without clang. Maybe add it as a dependency.

@garionion: Create psst-git and use the Submit Request option in the upper right to request that psst be merged into psst-git.

@yochananmarqos they just have no release yet -.- I've only read https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/AUR_submission_guidelines#Rules_of_submission and there is no mention of this guideline, sorry for that.

but what should i do now? i can't rename this package easily

VCS packages need to be submitted with a -git extension; i.e., psst-git. See VCS package guidelines.
