This description is a bit mangled; we don't have anything to do with 'performance visualization'. From our README:
libCEED provides fast algebra for element-based discretizations, designed for performance portability, run-time flexibility, and clean embedding in higher level libraries and applications
So the description should say something like:
Performance portable operators for element-based discretizations
