Please add makedepends=('python-setuptools') to the PKGBUILD.

Otherwise the build fails with:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "setup.py", line 2, in <module>
    from setuptools import setup
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'setuptools'
