I fixed the issue by adding python-setuptools in the makedepends array. See https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Python_package_guidelines#setuptools_or_distutils

Same. Caused by this commit: https://github.com/Diaoul/enzyme/commit/9a740f683955b8f8b5bcbfa5dc7fa2bc7dc8bbdf

The package isn't building. I'm getting the error:

python: can't open file '.../python-enzyme/src/enzyme-0.5.0/setup.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory

Haha, fair enough and that works for me! :)

@fryfrog - I don't like the idea of supporting Python 2.7 in 2019.

That said, I'd be happy to give you ownership of this package.

Hey @nvllsvm, would you be interested in merging python2-enzyme into this package and making it a split package?
