Please do not flag packages as out of date if they actually are not. For the Python 3.8 upgrade, it is your responsibility to rebuild those that have been built against a previous version.

It shouldn't, but can if your python command name actually points to a python2 installation. What do you get for "python -V"?

This seems to conflict with python2-ipaddress, since it appears to try to install a python2 package as well?
