python-lineprofiler no longer builds with python 3.7; The issue has been discussed on lineprofiler's github page and, until a newer version is released (which does not seem to happen any time soon), the patch in the following thread/issue has been suggested: https://github.com/rkern/line_profiler/issues/129

Please incorporate the patch into the package sources and build process.

This requires IPython when running check(). Error: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'IPython'

Please add that to checkdepends=().

EDIT: It looks like line_profiler needs IPython in general to run [0]:

Please add ipython{,2} as dependencies as it's needed.
