Is it possible to build plaidml & plaidml-keras w/o using the wheel from PyPI? it's probably possible to improve the performance a little bit.

Woopsie. Sorry. I got so used to old abandoned packages that I even forgot the most elementary things... I'm glad you didn't mind though.

@aviallon marking the packages as out-of-date and immediately making an orphan request is not the right way to do this. Moreover version 0.5.0 was released only two days ago and it's not even on the github yet. Anyway I've added you as a co-maintainer.

Edit : searched a bit, and it seems that their example is out of date ! I'll open a bug report for that.
