No it is not. It is a python tool available on the AUR for all Archlinux users. It should not be catering to a special niche case.
If you want to have something specifically catered to the "radioactive" and its specific requirements/problems, then you should have or create another PKGBUILD specifically for that.
Probably something called "python-pyradios-radioactive".
Or "python-pyradios-v102" or "python-pyradios-patched-foobar" or ???? ...
And use the "Description" field to properly describe and explain why such a PKGBUILD of an outdated version needs to exist and be on the AUR.
And let the "python-pyradios" PKGBUILD live its normal life . Separate from unrelated other AUR PKGBUILD's problems.

@louson This library is only used by radioactive and the requirements are for python-pyradios==1.0.2. If I update python-pyradios, radioactive will not work as expected.
