Fix python3.12 SafeConfigParser issue

Add this prepare function to the PKGBUILD file:

prepare() {
    sed -i 's/SafeConfigParser/ConfigParser/g' ${srcdir}/${_pkgname}/${_pkgname}/config/hostapdconfig.py
}

@dreieck: No, it doesn't. There is an explicit line in the PKGBUILD to remove that folder.

This package installs the files

  • /usr/lib/python3.8/site-packages/examples/__pycache__/tkip_ap.cpython-38.pyc
  • /usr/lib/python3.8/site-packages/examples/__pycache__/wep_open_64.cpython-38.opt-1.pyc
  • /usr/lib/python3.8/site-packages/examples/__pycache__/wep_open_64.cpython-38.pyc

which it should not.
