Change pkgver=2.5.2 . 2.5.1 has an error that does not allow it to build

@yochananmarqos why is the upstream of python-tesserocr normcap? Did you paste the wrong link?

  • This requires cython to build

  • MIT is not a common license, it should also be installed.
