For old version

zarr 3 is not yet compatible with python-anndata, and probably a bunch of other dependent packages.
I think if you want to use it now, you should use virtual environments.

The version dependency of python-numcodecs is wrong. See https://github.com/zarr-developers/zarr-python/blob/v2.18.2/pyproject.toml#L18
